Applicants may select one of several forms of membership in the Polish Wind Energy Association.

Below you will find benefits related to the particular categories.

PWEA Membership Benefits:

  • Capacity to develop sectoral strategies and provisions of legislative regulations concerning wind energy in Poland.
  • Access to the latest knowledge about the market, policy and law regulating the sector’s operation.
  • Contact with all market participants, including developers, investors, turbine suppliers, financing institutions, administration, distribution companies and the transmission system operator.
  • Current information on planned and past legislative changes.
  • Current information on industry events in Poland and abroad.

 Regardless of status all PWEA members receive:

  • information about implemented legislative changes and adopted sectoral programmes and policies pertaining to wind energy,
  • a Newsletter including information on key industry events, PWEA actions, changes to the Polish and Community legislation (distributed electronically every month),
  • information on public consultations and Parliamentary works on draft legislative acts together with the right to participate in consultations (with the exception of honorary members),
  • interpretations of legislative acts and provisions (with the exception of honorary members).

Ordinary Members

  • Ordinary membership in PSEW may apply to individuals, invited by the Board andrepresentatives of the supporting members.
  • Members you have active and passive voting rights.
  • Regular members can also sit on the Board of the Association – can be selected duringfree elections.
  • Receive information about the public consultation and parliamentary work on the legislative proposals.
  • Receiving interpretation of the legislation and interpretation of the rules.
  • Discount in fees for participating in events organized by PSEW. Discount on the purchase of reports, studies, study prepared by PSEW.

Honorary Members

  • Honorary membership in PSEW granted to individuals designated by the Board PSEW.
  • Honorary members do not have voting rights.
  • No right to sit on the Board PSEW.
  • Discount in fees for participating in events organized by PSEW.
  • Discount on the purchase of reports, studies, study prepared by PSEW.

Ordinary Supporting Members

  • Ordinary supporting members to work in an ordinary member of the Associationdelegate or representative, so-called. observer.
  • Ordinary member of the company may be invited by the Board, as well as companies that report to the same PSEW.
  • Ordinary supporting members are active and passive suffrage through a delegatedmember of the ordinary.
  • The right to sit on the Board PSEW.
  • Receive information about the public consultation and parliamentary work on the legislative proposals.
  • Receiving interpretation of the legislation and interpretation of the rules.
  • Access to a separate area to log on the website.
  • Ordinary members receive a second, sponsorships and advertising at events organizedby PSEW.
  • Discount in fees for participating in events organized by PSEW.
  • Link on the PSEW to the business website.
  • Discount on the purchase of reports, studies, study prepared by PSEW.

Sponsors

  • Sponsors Supporting members to work in association delegate an ordinary member.
  • Ordinary member of the company may be invited by the Board, as well as companies that report to the same PSEW.
  • Sponsors supporting members are active and passive suffrage through a delegatedmember of the ordinary.
  • The right to sit on the Board PSEW.
  • Only members of the Sponsors receive information about planned legislative changes and the right to participate in the evaluation of documents of intra- andinter-consultations.
  • Receive information about the public consultation and parliamentary work on the legislative proposals.
  • Only members of the sponsors have the opportunity to represent PSEW during meetings with representatives of central and local government, the work ofparliamentary committees and industry conferences.
  • Receiving interpretation of the legislation and interpretation of the rules.
  • Access to a separate area to log on the website.
  • Members of the first sponsors receive sponsorships and advertising at events organized by PSEW.
  • Discount in fees for participating in events organized by PSEW.
