“Public aid for RES under the new support scheme – how to include it in the calculation of bids in the auction scheme” seminar, 24 November 2016, Zielna Conference Centre, Warsaw
24 November 2016, Zielna CC, Warsaw
Are you a RES producer? Are you planning an investment? Register now and learn how to best use the available public aid schemes!
The purpose of a seminar organised by Polish Wind Energy Association, Crido Taxand consulting firm and Crido Legal law firm is to discuss public aid issues related to the Renewable Energy Sources Act following its amendment of 22 June 2016 which introduced a number of modifications to the rules for the specification as well as the variables comprising total allowable public aid for a particular renewable energy source installation.
During the seminar we will discuss issues such as the formula for the calculation of eligible aid under Article 39 of the RES Act, the rules for the verification of received and available aid or selected public aid problems, such as incentive effect or consequences of the European Commission’s decision concerning the green certificates scheme. Crido Taxand experts will also share their observations concerning the executive regulation to Article 39 of the RES Act published by Ministry of Energy.
A separate panel will be dedicated to Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment Measure 1.1.1 Support for investments concerning the production of energy from renewable energy sources including connection of these sources to the distribution/transmission network. In the context of the new legal regulations – the so-called Distance Act and the amended RES Act, which fundamentally changed the operating conditions for wind farms in Poland, the capability to use funds allocated for the purpose specified above gives rise to a hope among RES investors.
