English translation of the RES Act and the Wind Energy Investments Act

Please be advised that PWEA has an English translation of  “distance act” and the “RES act”:

  1. Act of 10 June 2016 amending the Renewable Energy Sources Act and certain other acts – act amendment and a final full text of the act – directed to the President to be signed
  2. Act of 20 May 2016 on Wind Energy Investments – signed by the President on 22.06.2016

All subjects interested in the purchase of the both translation are requested to pay a fee by a bank transfer designating the transfer as “translation of distance and RES Act”.

The fee shall amount to:

1 700  PLN + 23% VAT (2 091 PLN) – only for PWEA members

or

2 000 PLN + 23% VAT (2 460 PLN) – price for others, non PWEA members.
